Now we know: on September 9, 2026 the homepage still prints $119 a month (list $399) and $69 for semaglutide (list $299), the label has changed from “Labor Day Promo” to “Fall Sale Discount Applied!”, and a countdown timer has appeared. The post-promotion price is still not published.

Read on September 9, 2026, snagrx.com shows tirzepatide at $119/month (list price struck through at $399) and semaglutide at $69/month (list $299), labelled “Fall Sale Discount Applied!” with a countdown timer and no printed end date. The inclusions are unchanged — medication, supplies, doctor review, prescription and telemedicine visits, shipping, no membership fee, cancel anytime — and so is the fine print: SnagRx’s terms (July 27, 2026) say promotional pricing lasts only for the period stated at checkout, and its refund policy (August 25, 2026) makes every payment final. So $119 remains the lowest month-to-month price on the market and remains a promotion, not a standing rate. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved.

Two other pages tell the same story. Embody, which is operated by the same company as SnagRx (Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc.), switched the banner on its six- and twelve-month tirzepatide pages to “Fall Sale Promo Applied” at the same $123 and $119 per month, while its three-month page ($378) still said “Labor Day Promo Applied” on September 9. bmiMD’s homepage was still advertising a “New Year’s Sale — 20% off” in September. A promotion that is always on is a price with a marketing label; what matters is the clause that lets the provider end it.
The clause that still matters
SnagRx’s terms say: “Promotional or introductory pricing applies only for the period stated at checkout, after which standard pricing applies unless you cancel.” The standard price is the $399 the homepage strikes through. The public site never says how long the promotional period is; the intake flow shows the price and term after you start it. Cancellation requests must arrive at least 72 hours before the next billing date and stop future charges only. Nothing about that changed with the label.
