Released: Last reviewed:

One current methodology governs provider scoring, ranking tables, FAQ answers, datasets, and llms files.

Affordability inclusion rule

A provider is ranked in the verified standard-injection affordability table only when its complete 12-month all-in standard-injection cost can be verified from a standing public source.

A starting price multiplied by twelve is labeled a floor, not a verified annual total, unless the provider confirms on a standing public page that the price remains applicable across covered doses and that required fees and included services are disclosed.

Source hierarchy

  1. Standing first-party pricing and program pages.
  2. Written provider terms, clinician disclosures, and pharmacy disclosures.
  3. FDA, state licensing, and pharmacy-board records.
  4. Peer-reviewed evidence and official prescribing information for clinical claims.
  5. Third-party reports and patient reviews as context only, clearly labeled and never used as the sole basis for a verified price.
