Is NexLife now the cheapest compounded tirzepatide?
No. Out of 48 sellers that publish a tirzepatide price, NexLife’s $129 month to month is the 5th lowest all-in month-to-month price among 29 sellers that print one. Lower today: Collective (about $86 with its membership), SnagRx ($119 sale), Mondae ($126). Over twelve months, NexLife’s 12-month plan ($1,380) is the 3rd lowest total among 33 sellers with a full-year price, and the cheaper totals either need a membership, a sale price or a year paid up front.
All-in adds required membership fees and converts 4-week billing to 30 days. Only sellers that print a month-to-month price are shown; plan-only and conflicting prices are excluded.

How to read a “from” price
Most sellers, NexLife included, now advertise a “from” price. It is almost always the lowest number on the page, and it usually comes with a condition. NexLife’s “from $115” is its 12-month plan rate; its month-to-month price is $129. Check four things before you compare two “from” prices:
- Plan length. Is the price for one month, or the per-month rate of a 3-, 6- or 12-month plan? NexLife says unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops; many sellers make prepaid plans final.
- Billing period. Some sellers bill every 4 weeks, which is 13 bills a year, not 12.
- Fees. Collective, Mochi Health, Ivim Health, Alloy and Lemonaid add a required membership or program fee on top of the medication.
- Dose. Some prices rise as the dose goes up; NexLife, Eden, Collective and SnagRx list one price at every dose.
What did not change
NexLife still names the three pharmacies that fill its prescriptions (Absolute Pharmacy in Lutz, Florida; Premium Compounding in Decatur, Alabama; and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store in Lake Charles, Louisiana), its physicians are with Nexlife Medical Group, and cancellation takes effect after 30 days, so you may be charged for one more shipment. It says Klarna, Afterpay, HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible amounts. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved, and a licensed clinician decides whether it is appropriate for you.
