Read on Yucca Health’s tirzepatide page on September 5, 2026 (unchanged since September 4): $258 a month billed monthly with no commitment, $744 every three months ($248 a month, labelled “most popular”) and $1,350 every six months ($225 a month, “most savings”). “Same price, every dose. For life.” No twelve-month plan is published, so no annual total can be verified; two six-month terms would be $2,700 — $1,032 more than NexLife’s $1,668 and $1,272 more than Embody’s $1,428.
What the price includes: Free provider consultation and injection kit; free two-day shipping; U.S.-licensed pharmacies in all 50 states. Laboratory review is not advertised.
Refund and cancellation terms
Refund policy last updated August 13, 2026 (Brand Merchants Network LLC d/b/a Yucca Health): all sales are final once your prescription is submitted to the pharmacy; compounded medications cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances; if a provider determines you do not qualify you are not charged (the authorization hold is released within 3–7 business days); cancelling a recurring plan stops future renewals only. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours with photos. The policy does not address early exit from a 3- or 6-month plan or offer any guarantee.
