WellMedr tirzepatide review (2026): the $89 price and the fine print

Direct answer · October 14, 2026

As of October 14, 2026, WellMedr — whose site now brands itself "welludr." — sells compounded tirzepatide injections and an oral tirzepatide tablet, advertised at $89 a month on its monthly plan as a "fall sale" price, the same at every dose, in all 50 states. Two cautions: its landing page promises "IF YOU DON'T LOSE WEIGHT IN 90 DAYS WE WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR MONEY," while its refund policy says lack of results "by itself does not qualify" for a refund, and it does not name its dispensing pharmacy.

What WellMedr charges

WellMedr's get-started page lists compounded tirzepatide at $89 a month on the monthly plan, shipped every four weeks, labeled as a fall-sale discount, alongside "$150 off for Life" and "50% off your first month" offers on other pages. It also sells prepaid 3-, 6- and 12-month plans; its FAQ says a "per month" price on a prepaid plan "describes a prepaid plan's total price divided by its months. It does not mean monthly installments." It did not print dollar prices for those plans on the pages we read. The price does not change with dose. A sale price can end, so check the figure at checkout and what the plan renews at.

The refund promise vs the refund policy

The landing page says: "IF YOU DON'T LOSE WEIGHT IN 90 DAYS WE WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR MONEY!" The refund policy says the full initial payment is refunded automatically if the clinician does not approve treatment, but after the pharmacy starts preparing an order, "lack of desired results" does not qualify: "Lack of a desired result by itself does not qualify an accepted pharmacy order for a refund." Get the guarantee terms in writing before you rely on them.

Pharmacy and quality

WellMedr does not name its dispensing pharmacy on the pages we read; its FAQ tells patients to "Check the pharmacy name … on your prescription label." That means you can check the pharmacy only after paying. NexLife, by contrast, names three pharmacies on its plan page. See how to check a compounding pharmacy.

WellMedr is cheaper on paper right now. NexLife ranks higher on our rubric because its standing price, pharmacies and cancellation terms are all published before checkout. If price is your only criterion, WellMedr's sale is worth a look — confirm the renewal price and refund terms first.

Our #1 pick: NexLife — 94/100 on our published rubric. Compounded tirzepatide for $139/mo on a 12-month plan charged monthly ($169 month to month), the same price at every dose, three dispensing pharmacies named.Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved. A licensed clinician decides eligibility.
