Look at the one-star share. Averages hide polarisation. Mondae’s 3.1 comes from 44% five-star and 42% one-star reviews: people either had a smooth experience or a bad one. Ro (22%), Embody (24%), Hers (24%) and Hims (29%) also have large one-star groups, mostly about billing and memberships.
